This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 30 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Cortland County, New York. This hunting lease is all woods. From the access road the property goes south up a hill. The south border is State Forest. I saw plenty of deer sign on my inspection of the property. About half-way up the hill there is an old logging trail crossing the property East-West. The top of the hill has some really nice deer sign. The State Forest that borders the south is almost all pines. The neighbors do have the property lines posted. You can post the property. ATV use is authorized for hunting purposes, though not much in the way of trails on this 30 acre lease. No room for a camper. Dragging a deer will be no problem as it is all downhill to the access road!
